The road via the Diamond A is open as of mid-May, I apologize for the delay in posting this news.
The road via Charleston will not be open until the end of June just prior to the 4th of July holiday.
The road from Rogerson, ID is in good repair and open.
Newcrest Mining sent out the following notice regarding increased traffic on the road between Murphy Hot Springs and Jarbidge.

remove fallen rocks and low-hanging tree branches
Monday, June 3rd to Wednesday, June 5th
Belly dump trucks will be hauling gravel for the
camp base from Kimberly, Idaho to Jarbidge via the
Canyon road / Three Creek road.

Third delivery of 2 camp trailer units to Jarbidge.*
